Develop and maintain preventative maintenance SOPs and programs for equipment and systems. Provide support for completion of deviations and investigations. Support company audits. Establish and maintain records that demonstrate conformity with FDA, GMP, and SOP standards. Maintain and operate USP water systems including Reverse Osmosis, WFI MES, UV systems and Clean Steam generators. Maintain and operate plant steam boilers. Knowledge of electrical distribution systems and standby generators. Confer with management, quality and production managers to resolve problems found. Provide maintenance support for engineering projects. Perform repairs and scheduled maintenance on process and utility equipment and systems. Recommend and assist with the implementation of measures/processes to improve operating conditions of equipment. Support the installation and validation of new equipment. Maintain spare parts inventory for assigned equipment, including monitoring levels, initiating requisitions, completing budget review, and ordering necessary materials.
