HVAC Technician Annual Schedule: Maintenance Contract FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Reports to: Facilities Maintenance Supervisor Salary: Commensurate with experience Purpose Statement Installs, repairs and maintains a variety of commercial heating, air conditioning, air handling units, boilers and cooling towers.
