Must be able to read and work from blueprints

Primary Responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities for this position include:
Ensure that the facility, equipment, and facilities systems are properly serviced, cleaned, maintained, and repaired.
Oversee the daily activities for the physical operation and maintenance of facility and property.
Ensure proper functioning of cleanroom environments through routine inspection and servicing of HVAC and filtration systems.
Schedules, coordinates and tracks programs for facility maintenance, preventative maintenance, and repair.
Lead the troubleshooting and response to equipment failure and utility outages.
Assist in the execution of calibrations for critical equipment, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
Author and revise Facilities and Maintenance SOPs and other controlled documents.
Prepare/write change control reports and deviation reports as necessary.
Assist in the implementation of Capital Investment Projects.
Give presentations to site management and when needed, regulatory agencies on departmental items, updates, and event status.
Complete Maintenance request work orders.
Ensure that an adequate inventory of supplies and spare parts is maintained.
This role is highly visible and extremely service oriented. A very flexible attitude, willingness to “roll up one's sleeves” and do whatever is needed.
Adhere strictly to SOPs and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) during all maintenance operations.
Perform general facility upkeep as needed, including structural maintenance and utility servicing.
Must be available 24/7 365 to respond to emergency situations.

Skills and Experience:
Associate's degree or relevant experience in Facilities, Engineering, and technical schooling preferred

Position Summary: The Intermediate HVAC Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This position requires knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
