* Replace defective components, reassemble batteries, and fuse lead parts using appropriate tools.
* Measure and determine battery solution specific gravity.
* Water, wash, clean, and neutralize batteries at customer locations.
* Download and analyze battery and charger data using monitoring devices to support diagnostics and repairs.
* Maintain accurate records, reports, and service documentation.
* Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
* Conduct and assist with training on safe equipment operation for both team members and customers.
* Work in environments such as cell site lockers located at the base of structures.
*Required Skills & Experience:*
* Basic experience or exposure to low-voltage cabling and telecommunications environments.
* Familiarity with Cat5/Cat6 cabling, cable pulling, punch-downs, rack-and-stack, and cable installation.
* Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
* Previous in-field customer service or technical support experience preferred.
* Ability to read schematics, specifications, and technical documentation.
* Proficient in basic math and able to complete simple calculations.

Replace mechanical seals, re-pack pumps and valves, replace bearings and belts and check for proper alignment, repair fan coil units, make minor sheet metal repairs, braze and solder, calibrate controls, work on pressure vessels, replace piping and fittings; maintain appropriate records of preventative maintenance/repairs.
Regular attendance in accordance with the standards, which may be established by the resort from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position. May be required to work varying shifts to reflect the business needs of the resort.
May be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions:
Assist with requests to shut off steam, water and gas supplies
Assist in monitoring and maintenance of stand pipe, sprinkler and interior fire alarm systems
Change filters on HVAC and fan coil units

Comfort Systems USA Southwest is seeking a motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our team! All work is Commercial & Industrial HVAC.
The Service Technician is responsible for performing preventive maintenance and repairs to building technical systems. The Service Technician will also ensure that all work carried out meets the Building Services Division safety, quality, and customer standards and achieves the overall business plans and objectives. Displays exceptionally high level of productivity, quality results. Provides independent decisions, creative and viable alternatives. Little to no supervision required. Independent decision making. Military Veterans encouraged to apply!!
Essential Skills:
Hold valid EPA certification.
7+ Years' Experience - Required
Chiller Experience is a bonus!
