Support the Administration team with furniture assembly/moves, office setups, events, shipping or receiving, inventory tracking, and other related tasks. Coordinate, oversee, and manage all facilities-related work orders through Asana. Ensure timely completion and excellent customer service while communicating updates to team members and management. Occasionally oversee vendors and contractors for larger repairs, ensuring they follow OSHA standards and company protocols. Assist in Managing the organization of our storage spaces in our warehouses. REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 2-3 years of job-related experience. 2-3 years in maintaining commercial/industrial buildings. Fluent in English and Spanish. Use proper PPE and follow safety policies. Read and understand MEP/Blueprint/Site Plan documents, troubleshoot and solve maintenance problems. Performs other related duties as assigned. KEY QUALIFICATIONS 3-5 years of working experience in Facilities Management. Must be flexible to work on weekends and be on call when assigned. Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC and refrigeration. Ability to use hand tools and power tools. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Prolonged periods of standing and walking. Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces. Ability to work in extreme temperatures, in high noise levels requiring hearing protection, and working around chemicals, cleaning materials, paints, etc. Must be able to push/lift up to 75 pounds at a time.
