Follow troubleshooting guides, manufacturer manuals, and documented procedures; confirm all components are operating properly by test running equipment. Properly dispose of oil, oil filters, oil separators, and dirty rags daily. Take photos of equipment data plates, service performed, parts installed, and any spills; upload QR codes for Gardner Denver equipment and update service records on GD CC360. Perform oil sampling for all Gardner Denver compressors during full service. Always adhere to safety procedures and correctly use all personal protective equipment (PPE), including uniforms and safety shoes. Perform other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial equipment service, preferably with air compressors, dryers, vacuum systems, or blowers. High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade school training preferred. Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills. Ability to travel overnight and work flexible hours, including on-call rotations. Knowledge of safety procedures and proper use of PPE in industrial environments. Mount, dismount, balance, and repair all types of tires, including passenger, light truck, commercial truck, and industrial. Diagnose and repair tire-related issues and perform light mechanical repairs as needed. Inspect tires and wheels for wear, damage, and proper inflation. Perform fleet inspections and preventative maintenance checks when required. Operate tire pressure monitoring systems (TPMS) and other diagnostic tools.
