This position requires strong technical skills, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced field environment. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Perform routine, preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on air compressors, air dryers (regenerative and refrigerated), auto drains, flow controllers, vacuum pumps, and blowers. Pressure wash and clean customer equipment pads, including skids, coolers, concrete, tanks, and surrounding areas; collect and dispose of trash, rags, and unused parts. Train and assist other Service Technicians as needed. Set, install, and pipe compressor systems as required. Apply service due stickers on all equipment that has been serviced. Participate in a rotating 24/7/365 on-call pool as scheduled by the Service Manager. Travel overnight occasionally to client sites across Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, and Chihuahua, Mexico; travel durations typically range from 1 to 3 days. Always adhere to safety procedures and correctly use all personal protective equipment (PPE), including uniforms and safety shoes. Perform other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial equipment service, preferably with air compressors, dryers, vacuum systems, or blowers.
