Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team and ensure the optimal functioning of our properties. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure all facilities are safe, well-maintained, and compliant with local regulations. A strong commitment to quality workmanship and customer service is essential for success in this position.
