Enter ongoing data into lap top/hand held computer regarding location and repairs anticipated, completed, ongoing, parts purchase and time arrived, on-site, and completed.
Inspect, maintain, and perform daily maintenance on company van to assure proper running condition to respond to calls quickly with minimum interruption 24/7.
Alert Senior Service Tech of any service repairs needing assistance, technically, mechanically, and physically. Use house or cell phones to communicate with Senior Service Tech as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
* Safety: Conduct daily activities with a safety-first mindset. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities.

* Preventive Maintenance: Execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment.
* Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and compliance with safety regulations.
* Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams to implement system upgrades while ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
* Emergency Response: Participate in rotational on-call duties for emergency repairs outside regular working hours.
Required Qualifications:
* Leadership: Demonstrated leadership of directing or overseeing other HVACtechnicians.
* Education: Associate's degree in HVAC technology or a related field; equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
* Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in HVAC maintenance within a pharmaceutical or regulated environment preferred. Experience with industrial HVAC systems is essential.
* Certifications: EPA certification for refrigerants is required. Additional certifications related to HVAC systems are advantageous.

Responsible for maintenance and repair of Maintenance vehicles and tractors. Will perform onsite general maintenance of work trucks, tractors, side by sides, etc. Will perform any necessary mechanical repairs to any of aforementioned vehicles
E SSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Performs maintenance and repair duties as assigned.
Will assist in the performance of any general manual labor (i.e. loading, unloading, lifting and moving materials, supplies, etc.)
Will be working events, which include nights and weekends
Assisting with event setup, breakdown and during event hours
Creating a unique atmosphere and customer friendly experience
Assist other ops staff with client and event needs through entirety of setup, event days and load out
Events include but not limited too; NASCAR, IndyCar, Triple Crown of Rodding, C-10 Nationals, Slush Factory, Autocross events, drifting events, corporate events etc…
Runs errands to pick up parts and supplies as directed.
Cleans up work areas at project conclusion.
Drives company vehicles as part of job responsibilities to run errands, pick up/deliver parts, supplies, equipment, etc.
Provides exceptional customer service
Works safely, following all established safety rules and regulations
Communicates effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and guests
Follows all relevant policies and procedures
Logging in all maintenance and repairs for all assets
Use of 24/7 or other applicable software to create logs of maintenance and repairs

REQUIREMENTS /EDUCATION :
Must possess High School diploma, GED or equivalent work experience.
Must be able to obtain Nashville Superspeedway certification to operate fork lifts, man lifts, tractors, and other related job equipment.
Must have some general knowledge of one (or more) of the following areas: machine service, heavy equipment operation, auto track maintenance, welding, and general maintenance.
Complete service and repair assignments efficiently, safely and correctly, to pass quality inspections set forth by NSS
Will assist in the performance of any general manual labor (i.e. loading, unloading, lifting and moving materials, supplies, etc.).
Comply with company safety policies and procedures
Communicate directly to the Facility Manager regarding the status of the service work to keep up with repair time and cost.
Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
Team oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
Working knowledge of shop equipment (such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment system, diagnostic equipment, AC equipment, etc.)
Stay on repair budget
Strong automotive knowledge
Must possess a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Must be able to understand basic building operation.
Must be able to provide support to co-workers.
Must be able to learn specific job duties and complete detailed work assignments
Must be able to maintain knowledge of basic concepts and techniques.
