Support cultivation and post-harvest equipment (lights, irrigation, fertigation units, pumps, fans, trimmers, packaging machines). Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. Hands-on, adaptable, and able to work independently under pressure. Must be 21+, pass a background check, and be eligible to work in a licensed cannabis facility.
