Job Summary
Hill York seeks an HVAC Controls Technician to install, program, troubleshoot, and maintain building automation and control systems across various commercial and retrofit environments. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training in HVAC, BAS, controls, or electronics preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC controls installation, programming, troubleshooting, and service.
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, control logic, and electronics, with the ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.
Familiarity with BAS protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, and LonWorks is a plus.
Skilled in using diagnostic tools including multimeters and laptops for testing sensors, circuits, and relays.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional customer service approach.
Must be a self-motivated problem solver who can work independently or as part of a team.
