A HVAC Technician will exhibit a high-level HVAC experience and knowledge to perform diagnostics and repairs on equipment, prioritizing safety, compliance and preventative maintenance. What You'll Do: Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems in residential homes Communicate clearly with customers, explaining service and maintenance needs Recommend additional services to optimize system performance Perform maintenance tasks (refrigerant checks, filter changes, etc.) Install thermostats, dehumidifiers, and related components Replace system parts such as coils, compressors, and controls Maintain accurate documentation for each work order Follow all safety standards and procedures What You'll Need: Valid driver's license with a clean record Oklahoma HVAC Journeyman license Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills Ability to explain technical information clearly to customers Basic computer skills for timekeeping, billing, and payment processing Team-first attitude and strong communication skills Paschal Home Services, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
