On-call responsibilities are shared on a weekly, staggered, and rotating basis among the service team. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair HVAC systems. Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams. Provide 100% customer satisfaction with every job. Maintain a clean and safe worksite, respecting customers' homes. Keep a clean, organized company vehicle. Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards. Report to work on time daily and be a team player. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of HVAC service experience. New construction experience is a plus. Must own necessary tools to complete daily tasks. Strong customer service and communication skills. Valid Florida driver's license with a clean record (must be 21+ to be insured). Must pass background check and drug screening. Ability to work independently and solve problems on the job.
