The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings. The HVAC Installer will play a key role in ensuring that installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Tactical's HVAC Installer is responsible for performing the duties and responsibilities described below. Always adhere to safety standards and procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment and safe handling of tools and equipment. Provide excellent customer service, always including clear communication and professionalism. Collaborate with other team members, including contractors and subcontractors, to ensure timely completion of projects. Stay current with industry trends and best practices through ongoing training and professional development. Have a clear understanding of how to use Procore.
