Lead HVAC Technician (40 hour/12 month) Facilities Department Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, HVAC Technician is responsible for day-to-day operation and management of HVAC systems at all locations. Primary responsibilities include maintenance and repair of HVACR systems; monitoring and programming of building management systems (BMS). Specific Duties: Installs heating, ventilating, air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment, including related fixtures; checks equipment for malfunctions; maintains and repairs or replaces defective equipment.
