Responsibilities
* Diagnose and repair problems within the following HVAC/R equipment systems: Heating, ventilation, air conditioning systems and associated equipment such as VRF systems, multi-zone units, electrical controls, pneumatic controls, steam coils, chilled water systems, self-contained heating and cooling units, exhaust systems, pumps, air compressors, ductwork, cooling towers and other miscellaneous equipment.
* Regularly monitor and adjust building automation controls to achieve optimum comfort and energy savings.
