⚙️ What You'll Do
Program, configure, and optimize Building Automation Systems (BAS).
Perform startup, checkout, and commissioning for new projects.
Troubleshoot control issues and resolve HVAC system integration challenges.
Conduct point-to-point verification and ensure systems meet design specifications.
Assist with field service calls during project and warranty phases.
Guide and support electrical subcontractors on project sites.
Deliver materials, monitor installations, and maintain communication with the project team.
Update and correct manual drawings for engineering and documentation accuracy.
Participate in the on-call rotation and assist with support agreements.
Collaborate with management to develop a personalized professional growth plan.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:Essential Functions:
* Safely perform aircraft removal, installation, and/or fabrication of aircraft interiors (which may include galleys, closets, lavatories, side ledges, bulkheads, doors and panels). Coordinate with supervision and Inspection to ensure compliance with Repair Station procedures, internal and FAA paperwork, sign-offs and quality specifications. .
* Use the material tracking system to create parts demand, track squawks and to sign-off work.
* Follow standard operating procedures when using tools and equipment such as hand tools, band saws, shears, sanders and brakes. Properly care for and maintain shop equipment and tools.
* Prepare and install aircraft interior items in accordance with company operation procedures and quality standards.
* Remove and re-install nut plates, inserts and other fasteners used in aircraft interiors. Apply proper use of hardware and fittings on aircraft installations.
* Comply with safety, 5S, and housekeeping policies and use personal protective equipment as required. Address unsafe conditions before putting people or property at risk.
* Assist technicians, under supervision, with aircraft maintenance requirements.
* Adapt to sudden schedule changes.
Additional Functions:
* Work with lead and higher skilled technicians to develop and implement process improvements that reduce cost, cycle time, and man-hours using Lean Six Sigma and other process improvement techniques. .
* Make and use simple patterns for own use employing standardized procedures. .
* In support of aircraft certification and final phase testing, may include flight tests on aircraft as required. .
Perform other duties as assigned.Other Requirements:

* Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering documentation.

What you will do
Performs assigned system commissioning using Johnson Controls configuration and commissioning tools. Troubleshoots and resolves basic HVAC mechanical, electrical, and controls problems. Responds to basic warranty calls. Provide our customers with the highest level of service to solve building inefficiencies and resolve service-related items. Responsibilities:
* Works safely when performing installations or servicing of HVAC equipment.
* Follows all company policies and procedures for the type of installation and service being performed.
* Follows directions provided by the Lead Installer Service Technician related to the scope of work.
* Ensures that all work is completed according to manufacturer specification.
* Has knowledge of the HVAC theory and HVAC electrical theory.
* Premeasures jobs to identify proper materials required for scope of work.
* Performs the installation of household appliances as needed.
* Receives, verifies, and loads all equipment and materials needed for each job and maintains stock levels on truck.
* Maintains the company's vehicle and notifies management when maintenance is required.
* Assists and trains associates as directed by management.
* Completes all required paperwork prior to the end of the shift.
* Performs all readings on test instruments and understands the importance of these readings.
* Follows the national, state, and local mechanical, electrical and plumbing codes, and regulations.
* Ensures office dispatcher/supervisor is aware of job status and any delays that may occur.
* Maintains all company tools in good working order and ensures all tools are safe to use.
* Performs work in a professional manner. Ensures customers are always treated with respect. Reports any issues or problems to manager immediately.
Requirements:
* Three to five years of hands-on HVAC service/installation experience in residential environments. Experience with HVAC systems in manufactured or modular housing is highly preferred.
* Must be EPA 608 certified.
* Strong understanding of mechanical drawings, codes, and troubleshooting
* Proven leadership skills and a desire to mentor others
* Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
* Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
* Willingness to work on-call and overtime as needed

Key Responsibilities
Safely perform HVAC installations and service work in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Follow direction from Lead Installer/Service Technicians on scope of work.

As an HVAC Service Technician in St. Louis, MO, you will educate consumers and existing clients about our company and our products in a manner that leaves a favorable impression, thereby obtaining sales for HVAC projects and products both commercially and residentially directly to the end user.
Summary:
Primarily responsible for performing repairs and maintenance to a variety of equipment including refrigeration, air conditioning, electric motors, heating units, heat pumps, compressors, light commercial furnaces, boilers, burners, intake and exhaust fans, economizers, and humidifiers.

Qualifications:
Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience.
Understands basic refrigeration cycle to include identifying components in refrigeration circuit, understanding how each component works, diagnosing problems in the refrigeration circuit, using manifold gauge set, pressure/temperature chart and temperature measuring devices for routine maintenance and to troubleshoot. Understands refrigeration recovery, evacuation, and charging.
Understands basic electron theory, how electricity travels, AC and DC currents, single phase and three phase circuits, and series and parallel circuits. Ability to read basic wiring diagrams. Understanding of Ohms Law. Ability to use multi-meters to read voltage, current and resistance values. Must be able to troubleshoot basic electrical circuits.
Understands the process of treating air to simultaneously control its temperature, humidity, and distribution. Must be able to read and understand mechanical drawings.
Understands basic heating cycle to include identifying components in heating system, understanding how each component works, diagnosing problems in the heating system using a gas pressure test and other devices for routine maintenance and to troubleshoot.
Understands the theory of combustion and how it relates to combustible fuels such as gas and oil.
