Principal Duties/Responsibilities:
· Performs expert level break-fix & preventative maintenance. · Provides assistance to lower level technicians and leadership to project teams. Performs expert functions as a part of training and development.
· Troubleshoots and analyzes complex control systems to resolve in-depth software/ hardware and configuration problems.
· Utilizes predictive maintenance technologies to collect equipment performance data. Observes trends and makes recommendations.
· Updates records and reviews CMMS history and analyzes data.
· Completes and conducts on-the-job training and technical self-study programs for career development.
· Follows all safety related policies, rules, regulations, technical instructions and guidelines. Situational awareness and identify unsafe behaviors and conditions.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, & Behaviors Required:
· High School Graduate or equivalent (GED).
· Associates degree with a Technical focus and 5 years of related experience in specific industry; or, 7 years of experience in specific industry.
· Experience in predictive technologies, precision alignments, and general maintenance of applicable process equipment.
· Understands electrical, mechanical, fluid power and control systems. Can analyze the problem, synthesize alternative solutions, and perform repairs.
· Must be able to use basic hand tools and specialized tools as appropriate.
· Experience in vibration analysis or laser interferometer operations, precision alignments, and maintenance of applicable process equipment.
· May be required to travel.

What You'll Do:
As ABC's HVAC Service Technician / Sales Home Comfort Advisor, you will:
Carry out full AC & Heating installation skills such as: equipment removal and installation of new, duct repair and/or replacement (fiberglass, flex, and metal), soldering, venting flues, refrigerant leak detection, and charging, recovering and reclaiming refrigerant, measuring refrigeration system parameters (gas pressures and temperatures, etc.), calculating static and CFM delivery, carrying out basic framing, roofing, plumbing and electrical skills.

We are seeking a self-starter who can work well with a partner 6 days a week. The Travel Technician will be teamed up with a partner who will travel and work with them for the duration of the project.
Responsibilities:
* Pull and terminate low voltage cable.
* Installing network equipment within commercial settings.
* Follow instructions and code when pulling cable.
* Run low voltage cabling in commercial buildings, including drilling concrete walls and limited conduit work.
* Ensuring all cables are neatly tied and bundled according to safety regulations.
* Installing of cable support structures such as j-hooks, cable racks, and inner duct.
* Conduct tests to ensure all newly installed cable systems and component devices are operational.
* Troubleshoot issues with the cable network.
* Perform any other duties not specifically stated herein, but which your supervisor may assign.
* Adhere to all required project safety requirements as set forth by the client, their customers, or OSHA.

* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; no DUI or DWI in the last three years.

Ability to understand and use hand-held device, and have some mechanical abilities (preferred)
