Check-in regularly with the Facilities team, following up with all assigned items and ensuring tasks and projects are tracked in the work order system. Perform preventative scheduled maintenance on assets including refrigerators, drains, water, and HVAC filters, coordinating with vendors on routine maintenance as appropriate and necessary. Liaise with building management, engineers, cafeteria service, and cleaning vendors submitting service tickets as needed and providing employee feedback. Partner with functional teams for desk moves, reallocation of shared spaces, and special projects. Assist in processing bills in a timely manner, tracking expenses, and ensuring Facilities is operating within budget. Work with building management and Front Desk to issue and track building access cards according to established procedures and maintain log of cards and access across sites. Present efficiency improvement ideas. Demonstrate professionalism and maintain confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive issues. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tools, equipment, and job sites and adhere to proper safety guidelines and protocols. Install various features including whiteboards, shelving, and televisions as needed. Other duties as assigned. Repairs or services heating, ventilating, and air-conditioning (HVAC) systems to improve efficiency. Ensures the client receives a Five Star experience during the service visit. Requirements HVAC experience required: 3+ years. EPA Universal Certification required.
