Core Responsibilities Maintaining commercial package cooling systems on Cell Phone Towers - diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing components of entire systems. Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment. Performing additional maintenance or upgrades to out-of-season HVAC equipment. Responding to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency call out services. Timely and accurate completion of daily work reports. Core Experience Must be Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified (Required). 3+ years of experience with HVAC maintenance (commercial preferred).
