Complete required electronic documentation daily on a handheld device Work independently, and as part of a team, to complete assigned tasks within an allotted time frame. Operate company vehicle to complete service calls in a specified territory. Perform other related duties or special projects, as assigned. Education, Training, Licenses and/or Certifications 3 or more years of experience repairing and troubleshooting commercial HVAC/R equipment preferred. EPA universal certification preferred. Experience with RTU, air handlers, split systems, chilled water, or boiler systems, preferred. OSHA 10 certification preferred. Minimum Qualifications - Education and Experience: Graduation from High School At least three (3) to five (5) years' experience in the maintenance field. Experience on large complexes and HVAC knowledge is desired.
