Maintain and repair all types of HVAC systems and associated components, facility operations through the monitoring and repair of various mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems, equipment, and controls

Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience working on commercial heating/air conditioning/refrigeration systems and controls. Requires the ability to read blueprints and apply basic math. The HVACtechnician must understand local electrical and HVAC codes and have a strong general mechanical aptitude. The HVACtechnician must have communication/documentation skills, conceptual skills, attention to detail, and impeccable dependability as verified through references. Each complete year of an accredited college education in a related field, including vocational schooling (with an HVAC specialty), may be substituted for the equivalent number of years of required experience.
Knowledge of Building automation systems , navigating and troubleshooting building HVAC equipment through the BAS graphics display screens
Must be able to perform all the key job functions of the position satisfactorily
Must be able to successfully complete a drug/alcohol test and a criminal record check
Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance, including successfully completing a thorough background investigation
For positions requiring use of a Company and/or Customer vehicle, must have a safe driving record, as defined by Company policy
Must have adequate computer and communication skills
Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs., climb/work from ladders, and walk up/down stairs with tools/parts
Required: Must maintain a valid state driver's license.
