Strong knowledge of HVAC hazards, safety precautions, and warm air/hydronics heating codes. Skilled in troubleshooting HVAC and refrigeration systems. Manual dexterity with the ability to use various hand and power tools. Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documents. Physically able to stand, stoop, climb ladders, and work in varying temperature conditions. Strong teamwork, communication, and customer service skills. Special Qualifications: Must possess an EPA-approved certification for refrigeration handling. Must obtain a valid Warm Air or Hydronics Heating License within two (2) years of appointment to this classification.
