Conduct and support internal audits and export compliance self-assessments.
Provide export/import and ITAR training to internal teams per corporate policy.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, brokers, and carriers to ensure compliant shipping processes.
Oversee export of technical data via email, internet, or electronic transfer in accordance with U.S. Government laws.
Review visitor and foreign travel requests for export compliance considerations.
Maintain accurate compliance records, and stay current on regulatory updates through required training and conferences.
What You Bring:
Bachelor's Degree and minimum 2 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (Associate's Degree + 6 years, or relevant experience in lieu of degree).
Working knowledge of U.S. trade regulations (ITAR and EAR) and export compliance processes.
Experience with EASE, TeamCenter, or similar systems (preferred) - or ability to learn quickly.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to interface effectively across all levels of the organization.
High integrity, discretion, and attention to detail in handling sensitive information.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Adobe, and web-based systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in a trade compliance or aerospace/defense environment.
Familiarity with Global Trade Group (GTG) or similar corporate compliance structures.
Completion of GTG Practitioner Training Suite (or willingness to complete within 6 months).

Type: Temp-to-Perm Pay Rate: $21.53/hr + 15% shift differential (after training) Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM Training: 1st Shift (no shift differential during training)

Start Date: ASAPESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform routine checks, tests, gauging, and instrument inspections on materials, in-process parts, and finished goods
Conduct visual inspections to identify obvious defects
Compare inspection results against established company quality standards
Accurately record inspection results on forms, charts, or logs and report defect counts
Interpret and follow blueprints, operation sheets, and inspection procedures
Use standard measuring equipment including micrometers, indicators, calipers, and height gauges
Perform lifting of materials of varying weights, both assisted and unassisted
Maintain attention to detail while working in a production and MRO environment
QUALIFICATIONS
1-2 years of experience as an Inspector and/or NDT Technician
Comfortable working with standard inspection and measuring tools
Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical documentation
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently on 2nd shift
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent required
IMPORTANT NOTES
All candidates must pass FAA DOT drug screening prior to start
Training is required on 1st shift (Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM)
First day start time: 8:30 AM
Training may last up to 3 months
No shift differential is paid during the training period
Shift differential applies only after transition to 2nd shift
