Aerospace Cadmium Plating Operator - 2nd Shift Title: Cadmium Plating Operator Reports to: Production Managers (Value Stream or Shift) Type: Full Time, Non-Exempt (hourly) Schedule: 2nd Shift; Train on 1st Shift for 3 - 6 months. The Plating Operators perform operations in accordance with Military and OEM specifications. * FAA DOT Drug & Alcohol Testing Program requires an initial drug test including a screen for THC, subject to quarterly Drug & BAT testing. Responsibilities * Work closely with experienced Operators and Department Leads to complete work and prioritize tasks. * Follow technique card, customer Purchase Orders, and instructions from experienced Operators and Department Leads; legibly sign off on work once completed and Operator Self Verification inspection has occurred. * General review of paperwork and Operator Self Verification inspection of job to ensure all previous operations were completed.
