Position Summary
Reporting to the Executive Housekeeper, the Housekeeping Supervisor supports the hotels' mission to create exceptional guest and colleague experiences by overseeing and supporting operational duties within the Housekeeping department.
This position works primarily Wednesday through Sunday (middays/evenings) with flexibility for variable hours including holidays and based on business needs.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
* Inspecting guest rooms and managing and reviewing the work of other housekeepers and attendants
* Addressing guest relations in a manner aligned with Hyatt values
* Monitoring public areas of the hotel for cleanliness standards, and responding as needed with operational or personnel support

Job Overview
A Steward/Dishwasher is responsible for carrying out general cleaning duties and the operation of both the pot-washing and dishware machines.

Key Responsibilities
* Operate pot-washing machine and dish-washing machine.
* Maintain a hygienic working environment in accordance with hygiene regulations and company standards.
* Carry out general cleaning as directed and ensure the correct PPE is in place.
* Sweeping, mopping, washing, wiping down, and emptying trash receptacles.
* Responsible for cleaning the coolers, freezers, and any back hallways.
* Ensuring all kitchen and back of the house areas are kept clean, all equipment is stored in its' proper location and cleaned in accordance with the cleaning schedule.
* Observe Health, Hygiene & Safety guidelines when handling hazardous substances.
* Report any maintenance and/or hazard issues to the supervisor on duty.
