Position Overview
The Event Concierge/Coordinator role is a hybrid position created to both support the Events Team and enhance the Meeting Planner onsite experience.
Primarily, this position will act as a liaison between the Events team, the on-site meeting contact, and our operational departments. This position is a highly visible representative of the Hotel and should assist with addressing special needs or requests as they pop-up on site as well as being able to resolving potential problems before they arise. This position requires detailed knowledge of the hotel meeting facilities, group dynamics, and event details. The Event Concierge / Coordinator was created to not only meet, but exceed the expectations of our meeting & event planners and guests. This position is a proactive, empowered problem solver who provides meeting & event planners with seamless, on-site support. The Senior Sales Manager is a career sales professional and a top producer within hotel sales who has demonstrated through performance a commitment and expertise in direct sales.
