Even in the interveiw I was asked 4 separate times how I handle things if some one doesn't like you..... and with other reveiws speaking to the same I'll add this the structure of guidance and leader ship is completly lost there are no defined job details as to level of expectation in each job area so of they "don't like you" expect to do all the work

I feel like I'm making a difference in the world . Also you can move up in company depending on you're want to do so . Constant learning and testing is essential is not a bad thing I love my job !
