1929

Hydrite was started on February 5, 1929 by a group of five men.

In 1929, Hydrite began as a supplier to the tanning industry in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Hydrite Chemical Co., established in 1929, is one of the largest and most respected providers of chemicals and related services in the United States.

1935

Richard C. Honkamp and Wayne W. Thompson quit their jobs in 1935 at Cities Services in Milwaukee after Wayne convinced his friend Richard that there was potential in a suffering company and thought they could make it successful.

2000

ISO 9001:2000 registration received in Cottage Grove, WI
