JOB SUMMARY: The Electric Power Specialist is a technical and customer-facing expert responsible for supporting electric power generation systems, including diesel and gas generators, switchgear, UPS systems, and microgrid solutions. COMPETENCIES: Provide advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and commissioning support for electric power systems. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Strong background in electrical engineering or equivalent technical experience. Familiarity with electric power paralleling applications. Experience with usage of diagnostic tools specific to the electric power generation industry, to include Power Quality Analyzer, Megger, Ductor, and hi-pot testers to test alternators, transformers, and breakers. Diagnose PLC problems and troubleshoot controllers. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams. Bachelor's Degree from a fully accredited college in a closely related field.
