We are seeking a highly motivated RF Engineer to support the design, development, and integration of advanced radio frequency systems for space-based applications. In this role, you will contribute to the end-to-end lifecycle of RF payloads and subsystems, including Earth-Space Antennas (ESAs), satellite communications links, and RF front-end electronics. You will collaborate with systems engineering, digital processing, and integration/test teams to deliver high-performance RF solutions that enable secure and reliable mission success in space environments.
What does this role look like?
• Design, model, and analyze space RF systems including ESAs, phased array antennas, transponders, transmitters, and receivers.
• Perform link budget analysis for Earth-to-Space, Space-to-Earth, and inter-satellite communications.
• Support RF payload architecture trades, including power, bandwidth, gain, and coverage optimizations.
• Develop and verify RF hardware performance using simulation tools (HFSS, ADS, CST, MATLAB) and laboratory/field test equipment (spectrum analyzers, VNAs, anechoic chamber measurements).
• Collaborate with antenna engineers on the design, test, and integration of reflector and phased-array antennas.
• Define and validate requirements to ensure compliance with mission performance, environmental, and radiation constraints.
• Document technical results and present findings at internal design reviews and with external customers.

Space Protection Programs is seeking an experienced Software Engineer who can guide a team through complex mission software development lifecycle. Candidate must have the ability to take ownership of software development and software integration activities. The selected candidate will be responsible for frequent use and application of software engineering standards and techniques, including Object Oriented Design and Agile development techniques. This individual will guide software requirements development, architecture, design, implementation, and test. Overview
The Service Desk Dispatcher plays a crucial role in ensuring that client service requests are handled efficiently and effectively. As the first point of contact for incoming support tickets, the Dispatcher is responsible for prioritizing, assigning, and scheduling technical resources to address client needs. The role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a customer-focused approach to ensure timely resolution of IT support issues.

Responsibilities
Service Request & Dispatch Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for all client service requests.
Gather detailed information from clients to classify tickets as incidents or service requests and assign appropriate priority levels.
Assign, schedule, and dispatch tickets to engineers based on urgency, technical complexity, and contractual service level agreements (SLAs).
Continuously monitor open service requests, ensuring prompt follow-ups and resolution.
Escalate service requests that cannot be scheduled within agreed service levels.
Resource Coordination
Schedule and manage internal and field technical resources using Autotask PSA.
Balance workloads across the engineering team by optimizing schedules and adjusting assignments as needed.
Track technician availability and ensure proper allocation of resources.
Support onsite service work by coordinating and scheduling customer appointments[KG3] [PR4] .
Client Communication & Customer Service
Keep clients informed of ticket progress, status changes, and expected resolution timelines.
Ensure quick turnaround of service requests while maintaining excellent customer service.
Address and escalate customer concerns appropriately to ensure resolution.
Improve client service perception and satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-ups.

**Work Arrangement**

**Your Role**
· Develop a strategic regional plan tailored to the customers' business needs to effectively sell Cloud Native solutions to Enterprise customers.
· Create, develop, qualify, negotiate, and close Enterprise level business opportunities to achieve pipeline and revenue objectives.
· Establish high impact trusted relationships at all levels within large Enterprise level customers to maintain the health of the assigned territory.
· Navigate large Enterprise Customers, IT systems and cloud environments to find opportunity, define requirements and propose solutions.
· Understand customer requirements and represent them to our product, support and executive teams to help us build world-class products.
· Envision and execute marketing strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness.

**Work Arrangement**

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 300,000 and USD $ 450,000 per year.
However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. As a member of the Minuteman III Ground System LRU Repairs team, you will support the troubleshooting and repair of various electronic components that make up the Rapid Execution And Combat Targeting \(REACT\) System\.
As the REACT systems continue to age, there are more opportunities for repairs to support the Air Force in their mission\. Colorado Springs Lockheed Martin Space is looking for a qualified candidate to perform the following duties:
- Troubleshoot old, outdated equipment and identify electronic and mechanical defects down to component level on Circuit Card Assemblies \(CCAs\) and determine the best approach to repairs that require obsolete parts
- Help extend the life of Mission Critical equipment that is vital to National Security, by applying both manual and automated troubleshooting methods
- Write up a detail evaluation that will be presented to DCMA
- Reverse engineering digital and analog circuits
- Review and update old drawings, schematics, and test documentation
- Interface with MPMs, Engineers, Project Leads to give floor status
- Providing status updates, issues, or engineering recommendations
- Provide testing support

Day to Day, You Will:
Source new sales opportunities through outbound efforts like cold calling, cold email, and LinkedIn engagement
Build your own target lists and strategy across assigned territories
Identify key-decision makers, generate interest within organizations through discovery calls
