Andy attended Fisher College of Business between 2013 and 2014 and Fisher College of Business between 1992 and 1997.

David has spent his career working in various technology, product development and marketing leadership roles in different industries, including retail, telecom, education, publishing, transportation, and insurance. As CIO at Hylant, David provides vision and leadership to drive business growth and transformation through technology innovation and digital product development. He also leads Hylant’s efforts with BrokerTech Ventures, the first broker-led InsurTech investment fund and accelerator program focused on delivering innovation to the insurance broker industry.Prior to joining Hylant in 2018, David was the Chief Information Officer and Chief Marketing Officer at W.W. Williams. He has also held the Chief Information Officer role at Highlights Corporation, The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business and Zane State College, along with multiple leadership positions at SBC Communications/AT&T.David was included in the Central Ohio Tech Power Player Awards Class of 2018, 2019 and 2020, recognizing the leading IT executives in the Central Ohio region. In 2018, he also received the C-Suite Award for Most Admired Chief Marketing Officer in Central Ohio, as well as the Info-Tech Research Group’s CIO Leadership Award.David completed his undergraduate degree in information and telecommunication systems from Ohio University, with a minor in business administration and an area of concentration in organizational development. He has also completed graduate work in business administration at Roosevelt University and marketing and communications at Franklin University.David is actively involved and has held leadership positions in several local, state and national technology related organizations, including governance and advisory boards for Ohio University, Zane State College, Ohio State University, Franklin University and the University of Toledo. He is on the board of trustees for the PAST Foundation, a nonprofit education organization focusing on STEM education, school design and workforce development. David has also been an invited speaker and published nationally on topics related to information technology strategy, planning and management.
