WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Must be able to continuously to stand/walk, push/pull, lift/carry up to 10 pounds, utilize fine finger movement (i.e. keyboard operating, writing, etc.) and tactile/touch to assist with products/customers/registers/equipment/etc., and grasping/gripping/holding with hands and/or fingers.

EMPLOYMENT STATUS

Overview
The Event Coordinator is a key member of the Convention Center team, serving several departments. They are responsible for assigned administrative tasks, assisting the Event Managers, and managing the Exhibitor Services for tradeshow vendors.

Responsibilities
Covering front desk reception position two days a week. Answering phones, greeting clients, processing payments, and assisting Office Manager.
Assist with guest or client questions as needed.
Help office staff with filing, organizing, and other items as assigned by the Office Manager.
Attend weekly staff meeting and production meeting.
Perform a weekly audit of event diagrams, schedules, and details (event resumes) and provide feedback to Event Managers.
Act as Manager on Duty during events as assigned, primarily during the evening and over the weekend. Coordinate all details of event as planned, including audio visual, food and beverage services, security, electrical, decorating, etc. Interact with clients and attendees.
Act as Event Manager for smaller events, as assigned. Work with clients to create event diagrams, event resumes, and communicate event needs to convention center staff.
Gain working knowledge of Momentus CRM and CAD programs.
Oversee and manage the venue's Exhibitor Services for all tradeshow events.
Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) is required. Training on Momentus and a CAD program will be provided.

This grant-funded position requires flexibility, as it extends

Position Summary
The Patient Access Specialist is dedicated to providing the first impression for our patients, providers, and customers contributing to a positive patient experience. The Patient Access Specialist - Rely is responsible for coordinating the patient flow from check -in to check-out. This position ensures that all information is complete and accurate to establish and maintain a patient record required for financial, clinical, and regulatory purposes. The Rely Center is "A Safe Place for Help" which includes a Psychiatric Urgent Care for all ages and an adult 23 hour stabilization unit. The Rely Center team is for individuals who have a passion for and are comfortable working in fast-paced environments, assisting individuals in mental health and/or substance use crises, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Obtains complete and accurate patient information for documentation in electronic health record systems
Obtain confirmation of insurance coverage for service through electronic verification systems and websites
Refer uninsured individuals for further review and application for financial programs and assistance
Collects and scans/uploads the patient's insurance cards and any financial forms into EHR to ensure proper billing
Maintain accurate Electronic Health Records; enter confidential patient information into the system, including demographics, insurance information, charity assessments, etc.
Collaborate with providers/prescribers and Practice Managers to optimize efficiency in scheduling
Provide basic patient education for scheduling, check-in /out processes, and guidelines
Interact with staff and clients in a positive, helpful and professional manner via phone, email, video, or in person to effectively handle difficult situations with appropriate tact, respect and resourcefulness
Education/Experience
High School Diploma or Equivalent required
Minimum one (1) year experience in healthcare required

Overview
The Operations Team Member position is under the direct supervision from the Operations Manager and/or Director of Operations to perform event set-up and tear down, custodial, housekeeping and light maintenance tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities
Confer daily with the Operations team to review and receive assignments.
Be a key player in keeping facilities clean & beautiful.
Clean and set rooms in accordance with the Operation's procedures.
Set up for events by un-stacking chairs, tables of various shapes and sizes, staging and drapery.
Comprehend and communicate clear instructions for event set ups.
Regularly check restroom cleanliness and supplies.
Operate buffer, scrubbers, blower, vacuum and other various equipment.
Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, polishing, washing windows, snow removal equipment, and washing windows from checklists and sign off tasks as they are completed.
Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to venue standards.
Protect and maintain equipment and ensure there are no inadequacies.
Note and report any building components in need of repair.
Safely use cleaning chemicals and communicate proper cleaning procedures as needed to others.
Assist other department personnel as deemed necessary.
Carry a radio to communicate needs of events with other personnel.
Adequately perform post-event cleanup and trash removal.
Must be able to remove all items from event set up and position them back in their holding area of the Convention Center.
Provide excellent customer service assistance to internal and external clients.
Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Be Doing
* Support Fooda events in a variety of capacities, including: being onsite to set-up, tear down, clean equipment and site areas, problem-solve, and ensure high quality set-up and customer experience
* Gain competency with Fooda's technology and standard operations procedures
* Problem-solve for issues such as incorrect orders, late deliveries, late restaurant arrivals, or incorrect email communication
* Troubleshoot technical issues with point-of-sale (POS) system, onsite technology, and TV menu boards
* Conduct onsite Fooda promotions and mobile app coaching
* Provide real-time onsite customer service to resolve issues promptly directly with the consumer
* Facilitate audits of restaurant event set-up to ensure consistency and high quality
* Escalate issues to Operations Manager when necessary to keep them informed or help problem solve
* Critical hours are over lunch Monday - Friday (10 am - 2 pm) but responsibilities may span 8am-4pm, depending on the market and need

About the Patient Care Coordinator Role
Upperline Health is seeking an energetic, compassionate, driven Patient Care Coordinator - Part-Time (MWF) to assist our physicians in delivering complex health services in the clinic setting. This person will be based in Richmond, IN clinic. The Patient Care Coordinator will be responsible for medical front desk receptionist duties including greeting patients in a friendly manner, and ensuring patients are accurately checked in and prepared for their appointments in a timely manner.
Patient Care Coordinator Responsibilities
* Responsible for front desk receptionist duties, including answering phone calls, greeting patients, obtaining required patient information, and ensuring that the entrance area is clean and organized
* Assist patients with scheduling appointments
* Effectively maintain on-time appointment schedules by notifying physicians when patients have arrived
* Retrieve and file patient records as needed

* Prior experience working in a podiatric or orthopedic practice is preferred
* Medical billing and coding experience is highly preferred
* Experience working in an EMR, Athenahealth is preferred
* Must be an effective communicator with excellent grammar and interpersonal skills
* Exceptional customer service orientation featuring empathetic, compassionate, and professional demeanor with each interaction

Position Summary
The Patient Access Specialist is dedicated to providing the first impression for our patients, providers, and customers contributing to a positive patient experience. The Patient Access Specialist - Rely is responsible for coordinating the patient flow from check -in to check-out. This position ensures that all information is complete and accurate to establish and maintain a patient record required for financial, clinical, and regulatory purposes. The Rely Center is "A Safe Place for Help" which includes a Psychiatric Urgent Care for all ages and an adult 23 hour stabilization unit. The Rely Center team is for individuals who have a passion for and are comfortable working in fast-paced environments, assisting individuals in mental health and/or substance use crises, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
* Obtains complete and accurate patient information for documentation in electronic health record systems
* Obtain confirmation of insurance coverage for service through electronic verification systems and websites
* Refer uninsured individuals for further review and application for financial programs and assistance
* Collects and scans/uploads the patient's insurance cards and any financial forms into EHR to ensure proper billing
* Maintain accurate Electronic Health Records; enter confidential patient information into the system, including demographics, insurance information, charity assessments, etc.
* Collaborate with providers/prescribers and Practice Managers to optimize efficiency in scheduling
* Provide basic patient education for scheduling, check-in /out processes, and guidelines
* Interact with staff and clients in a positive, helpful and professional manner via phone, email, video, or in person to effectively handle difficult situations with appropriate tact, respect and resourcefulness
Education/Experience
* High School Diploma or Equivalent required
* Minimum one (1) year experience in healthcare required
* Must have intermediate computer skills with Google Suite
