5 years' experience in quality control within manufacturing, including experience in a managerial or director role.
Experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in a machining and/or foundry environment.
Strong knowledge of industry regulations and standards (e.g. ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949, ISO 14001).
Demonstrated expertise in quality management systems.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions based on common sense and technical expertise.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis and methodologies.
