The Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue goals. Job Description
The Coordinator III Customer Order Operations at Motorola Solutions plays a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of complex customer orders, from initial entry to final delivery. Job Description
This role involves providing technical support for Avigilon Alta Video and Access, a cloud-managed security solution. You'll be responsible for resolving client issues related to software, hardware, and network problems by troubleshooting, using diagnostic tools, analyzing logs, and replicating customer issues. This includes supporting video security systems and access control systems, specifically responding to inquiries from both installation partners and end customers via various channels (phone, email, tickets, chat). Experience with legacy access control systems and installation/support is highly beneficial. You will report to the Manager and focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Expert Technical Support: Deliver comprehensive technical support for Avigilon Alta Video and Access systems, encompassing hardware, cloud software, mobile applications, key cards, and system integrations (video management, wireless locks, etc.). This includes supporting basic wiring and peripheral door hardware.
Ensure Exceptional Customer Experience: Manage inbound support inquiries via various channels (phone, email, chat, WhatsApp, SMS, Partner Portal, Support Community), ensuring timely and professional responses. Empower customers with resources for self-troubleshooting and problem resolution.
Document and Manage Support Cases: Thoroughly document step-by-step troubleshooting performed in support cases within the Support CRM system. Accurately manage tickets via our ticketing system to ensure proper tracking and resolution.
Collaborate and Escalate Effectively: Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and escalate unresolved cases in a timely manner. Ensure smooth transitions and knowledge sharing within the support team.

Support Partner Success: Provide over-the-phone/web support to our installation partners, enabling them to successfully install and service our systems at customer locations.

We are seeking a Strategic Territory Director reporting to the Senior Director of International Sales and Business Development and working closely with the International Sales and Business Development team.
The Strategic Territory Director will lead and execute the sales strategy in Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei, holding critical direct responsibility for territory development and revenue generation. This dynamic role is a blend of business development, customer engagement, mentoring, and cross-functional leadership.

Partner Recruitment and Vetting: Identify and qualify new potential channel partner candidates, conducting initial due diligence to assess alignment and capabilities.
Partner Enablement: Ensure all key local partners maintain a high level of product knowledge and that their demonstration kits are current and fully functional.
Cross-Functional Collaboration and Representation
Internal Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, marketing, support, and operations teams to ensure successful customer engagement, project fulfillment, and high satisfaction.
Product Feedback Loop: Gather, analyze, and synthesize end-user requirements and advisory input, rolling up this information to inform and influence future product development roadmaps. Advise regarding local production needs and feasibility.
Representation and Support: Represent the company at trade shows, demonstrations, and strategic meetings. This includes planning and executing local marketing activities (trade shows, conference participation, speaking engagements).
Local Coordination: Serve as the primary local point of contact, coordinating and supporting visits from company management and engineering teams into the territory. Facilitate liaison and coordination with local company offices and key partners.
Basic Requirements
•Demonstrated experience navigating complex defense regulatory environments, military procurement processes, or government contracting will be strongly preferred.
• Completion of secondary school (or equivalent qualification) plus a minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant sales, business development, or account management role
• Proven success in selling MANET, wireless communications, or tactical radio technologies.
• Strong track record in military, defense, or public safety sales environments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Act as Lead System Field Engineer on projects or system upgrades, capable of directing self and other assigned project STs and able to mentor less experienced STs.
Post-sale implementation of voice and data communications systems.
Provide technical support on specialized telecommunications systems and public safety product applications for the Federal DoD.
Performs specific system configuration, programming, optimization, testing, and documentation tasks.
Provide technical support of specialized systems and product applications, including advanced troubleshooting of software-driven electronics, provisioning of communication system infrastructure, and performance optimization of RF and Broadband architecture including, but not limited to, legacy analog, advanced digital P25, and data infrastructure.
Maintain, optimize, test, support and document complex mission critical communications systems.
Perform preventative maintenance routines to ensure proper system operation with a focus on trend analysis and documentation of results.
Provide weekly reports of activities and accomplishments.
Develop solutions to difficult technical problems encountered as part of system maintenance, upgrades or support issues.
Total familiarity and continuous training in the latest technologies and troubleshooting techniques.
Team with Engineering, Project Management, and Sales personnel to effectively maintain, optimize and support advanced communication systems which meet or exceed customer expectations.
