Shady management from board of directors all the way to dept. Managers. Loyal, productive employees are nothing more than expendable numbers.

You get your raise when you suppose to.

Cons of working at Hytrol

Management are untruthful about the state of the company right now. They just recently change the point policy only to fire a 160 workers this coming October.

Pros of working at Hytrol

Job advancement was easy which was a plus . And starting pay was around 15$ an hour with a raise every 3 months.

Cons of working at Hytrol

The management team in my department had a high turnover rate , which led to unorganized leadership.

My favorite perk of the job was our Christmas bonus . It could possibly be bigger than a regular work week check.

there aren't any perks. rusty gym and dirty pool. No bonus unless they feel bad that year we get $400
