What to Expect
The Fraud Investigation Associate is responsible for working closely with management, as well as Operations teams (Servicing, Collections, Credit/Funding), and our dealers to research and investigate fraudulent or suspicious activities involving fraud, irregular dealer activity, and other auto finance misrepresentations. This role conducts fraud case investigations-both consumer and dealer related-from inception through resolution, including pre-charge-off reviews to mitigate potential losses and post-charge-off reviews to strengthen fraud prevention strategies. In addition, this role will investigate and analyze facts, support culpability determinations, secure appropriate approvals, and ensure all required follow-up activities are completed.
What You Will Do
1. Investigate and research fraud incidents and allegations involving new or existing accounts and credit applications received via the Fraud Inbox, as well as other internal and external sources. Conduct pre- and post-charge-off reviews to identify fraud, mitigate potential losses, and strengthen prevention strategies. Interview victims, suspects, dealers, and associated parties during investigations of fraud, dealer mistakes, and lien imperfection claims. Collaborate with law enforcement as necessary.
2. Gather and analyze facts and document all investigative activities to present culpability determination and next steps.
3. Assist with investigating and managing indirect claims received through internal/external sources and/or other disputes as needed.
4. Regularly communicate and coordinate cross departmental fraud detection and/or investigative issues with departments such as Collections, Customer Service, CARE, Credit, Funding, Sales, Marketing and Legal. Network with and assist local, state, and federal authorities when possible.
5. Assist with ad hoc requests as needed to support dealer investigations and manage indirect disputes through e-OSCAR.
What You Will Bring
* Minimum 2-4 years related experience performing fraud investigations.
* Prior experience working with Credit, Collection skip tracing, and or legal a plus.
* SAS or SQL experience a plus
* Auto finance industry a plus.
* Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
* Demonstrated analytical skills to conduct investigations, determine facts, and assess potential culpability in dealer fraud.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to see investigations through with minimal supervision.
* Proven decision-making skills and ability to summarize findings
* Strong organization/time management skills.
* Ability to collaborate with various internal departments, law enforcement, dealers and other external partners to effectively address fraud and mitigate associated risks.
* Strong communication (written and verbal) to interface with external and internal customers.

What to Expect
The Capital Markets Data Associate is responsible for maintaining Treasury databases, developing and maintaining Tableau dashboards and SQL queries, as well as preparing data for external reports. The associate will support data analytics and reporting for the best-in-class $10B+ secured capital markets platforms. This position conducts data analysis and extraction utilizing Excel, Tableau, SQL, and SAS. The associate also prepares data for audits and external reporting, which is required for funding transactions backed by consumer and commercial assets. What is the role?
This is a Principal-level role, making you a key contributor to the Site Reliability Engineering function within Cotality. What to Expect
The Manager, Commercial Credit Portfolio Management is responsible for leading a team of Credit Analyst, daily servicing, commercial credit lending authority and managing the risk and exposure for an assigned portfolio under Commercial Credit Department leadership. What to Expect
The Sr. IT Internal Audit Associate will support audit projects by conducting audits and executing audit procedures for IT, cybersecurity, and with integrated teams to audit operations and corporate services using data analytics to ensure HCA follows regulatory standards and policies (e.g., SOX, IFRS, GAAP). This role will work closely with various departments to ensure they understand and adhere to internal control procedures providing support in improving processes to reduce risks and enhance operational efficiency.
What You Will Do
1. Conduct Audits
* Under guidance, perform and execute audit procedures focusing on IT, Cybersecurity, operations, and compliance.
* Conduct interviews, walk-throughs, and reviews to identify key risks and internal controls are in-line with COSO, COBIT, ITIL, information security, and other industry standards.
* Document key internal controls, identify control gaps and devise feasible action plans.
* Execute audit procedures for IT general and application controls, cybersecurity, and IT project reviews.
* Effectively articulate audit issues associated root causes and the potential impact.
* Provide support in improving processes to reduce risks and enhance operational efficiency.
* Provide support with the design of test strategies.
2. Assist in the development and/or use of analytical tools (e.g. ACL, SQL, Python, Tableau) in support of enhancing audit-testing strategies and/or monitoring activities.
3. Assist with audit initiatives including special projects or advisory initiatives as the need arises.
What You Will Bring
* Minimum 4-6 years related experience in a corporate environment with a solid foundation in auditing, risk management, and internal control systems.
* Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT or related field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
* CISA, CISSP, CRISC or CIA preferred
* Demonstrated experience in conducting IT, cybersecurity, operational and/or compliance audits.
* Working knowledge of analytical tools (i.e., SQL, ACL, Python, Tableau, etc.).
* Knowledge of the Institute of Internal Auditors standards, risk assessment techniques, COSO, COBIT, SOX framework.
* Proficiency with audit software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Demonstrated attention to detail for reviewing financial statements, processes, and identifying discrepancies.
* Ability to assess large amounts of data and recognize potential risks or inefficiencies
* Concise and clear communication skills with ability to write clear reports and communicate effectively with management.
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
* Team player that is flexible and adaptable to change.

The Sr. Commercial Mobility Risk Associate supports risk analytics and reporting related to the Commercial Vehicle Finance, Equipment, Truck, Trailer and other Mobility portfolios. What to Expect
The Regulatory Complaints Associate is responsible on a daily basis for drafting comprehensive responses to customer complaints submitted through HCA's regulators in accordance with the applicable statutory timeline.
What You Will Do
1. Regulatory Complaint Daily Activity
· Draft and review other responses to complaints received through the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) and state regulators, including working with HCA's CARE Team to obtain research, validation of research, preparation, and submission of responses.
· Monitor the State Examination System complaint portal on a daily basis to obtain and respond accurately, thoroughly and timely to regulator complaints.
· Identify potential regulatory risks while responding to complaints
· Formulate recommendations and escalate internally, as needed.
· Serve as a point of contact for state regulators regarding complaints, working directly with state regulators to respond to complaints and resolve escalated regulatory complaint issues.
· Document accounts and include all relevant information and documents.
2. Complaint Analysis and Review
· Assist in analyzing regulatory complaint data, including completing reviews of internal complaints identified as potentially being regulatory in nature, and preparing recaps of regulatory complaints where the driver is HCA Error.
· Complete high risk complaint category reviews and provide feedback to the business on any issues or opportunities identified. Develop remediation and training plans to be presented to management for implementation by the business to reduce complaint volume.
3. Reporting
· Assist in analyzing regulatory complaint data
· Assist in preparing and distributing monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc report summaries related to regulator complaints.

What to Expect
The Sr. Application Architect is responsible for ensuring delivery of solutions that meet data and architecture standards. This role works with technical and business teams to define and improve application architecture, data flows and controls between core systems, channels and external vendor applications for existing and new solutions. What to Expect
The Associate, Consumer Credit is responsible for underwriting consumer applications from Hyundai, Kia and Genesis Dealers. This position is responsible for making credit decisions that meet acceptable underwriting standards within HCA's policies and procedures as well as adhering to all State and Federal regulatory compliance. All Credit Analyst responsibilities should be handled in an expeditious manner per HCA's KPI's. This position requires flexibility and ability to adapt to a multi-functional departmental structure. All positions within the Operations Division are expected to collaborate cross-divisionally to achieve a seamless customer experience; this includes supporting other departments as necessary to meet the business need.
What You Will Do
1. Analyze information from credit applications utilizing the four C's of credit to make sound credit decisions based on appropriate authority level, while effectively negotiating the terms and conditions of loan decisions via dealer phone calls or electronic rehash.
2. Balance the demands of Production, Sales Support, Risk, and Quality Assessments while maintaining established SLA's. Participate in team meetings and Calibrations to communicate, share trends, review Policies & Procedures and team goals.
3. Follow up for approvals and pending contracts to increase capture rate and monitor dealer's portfolio. Be well versed in eContract and eRehash processes. Conduct Customer Interviews and investigations when needed to facilitate in credit decisions or assist in the funding process. Coach and assist dealers to resolve funding issues and reduce unclean contracts.
4. Performance Coaching\: Actively participate in coaching and development sessions/trainings to co-create solutions that enhance individual performance and overall department/team performance.
5. Perform all other duties as assigned.
What You Will Bring
· Minimum 1-year automotive finance experience (Desirable)
· Experience with Collections, Funding, Dealer Services, Lease end or Customer Service (Desirable)
