Pros of working at HZO

I enjoy the challenge and the multiple issues to solve. I am never bored and have learned a lot.

Cons of working at HZO

There is no overall strategy and strategic road map. It feels as though you are always chasing squirrels.

I like that I'm not micromanaged and a have a lot of flexibility with how I manage my day.
