Scott has 20 years of senior leadership experience with enterprise software companies. As CEO of venture-backed AlterPoint, he helped orchestrate a strategic sale of the business. He also co-founded Motive Communications, which grew to nearly $100 million in revenues and a successful IPO under his leadership. In the early 1990s, he was part of the pioneering team of Tivoli Systems; upon its acquisition by IBM, he served as VP of Marketing and Strategy for the combined business. Scott graduated from Iowa State University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
