David Pascoe is a Chief Technology Officer at IAC Group. He has worked as VP:Electric Vehicle Technology at Magna International Inc. and VP:Research & Development at Magna International Inc.. David attended Western University.

Iwona Niec Villaire serves as Chief Administrative Officer overseeing the company’s legal, human resources and communications functions on a global basis, which spans over 65 company locations in 19 countries.

Before joining IAC, Niec Villaire served as Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel for Chassix, Inc. since 2016. Among her many accomplishments, she was instrumental to the development and execution of the company’s long-range strategic plan to drive profitable growth, implemented the company’s global compliance program and led the alignment of the company’s human resources with its long-term objectives. From 2013 to 2016 she was Deputy General Counsel and Director of Global Compliance at Cooper-Standard Automotive, Inc., where she oversaw all legal matters as related to corporate governance and compliance, commercial transactions and employment. Prior to that, she was Associate General Counsel from 2007 to 2013. Niec Villaire served as Senior Counsel at Federal-Mogul from 2002 to 2007 after beginning her career in 1999 with Jaffe Raitt Heuer & Weiss law firm in Southfield, Michigan.

Kelly Bysouth is Chief Supply Chain Officer for International Automotive Components (IAC) Group. In this role, she has global responsibility and operational control for all aspects of the company’s procurement and supply chain activities.

Bysouth has more than 25 years of automotive procurement and supply chain experience. Previously, she served as Vice President Global Procurement and Supply Chain for Adient, a position she held since 2016. Among her many accomplishments, she is credited with building the first centralized Supply Chain function within the organization and delivering benchmark year-over-year cost savings.

Bysouth held a variety of leadership positions at Adient in North America and Europe since first joining the Company in 1997. From 2013 to 2016, she held the position of Group Vice President Global Procurement Automotive. Prior to her time at Adient, she served as a buyer of automotive interior products at Ford Motor Company from 1996 to 1997. Before that, she began her automotive career as a buyer for Tier 2 supplier, Dadco, from 1992 to 1996.
