It offers commercial and retail banking products and services to customers throughout locations in six states. These products and services include a range of commercial, consumer, mortgage, and private banking products and services, cash management, deposit and annuity products and investment brokerage services. In July 2014, the Company acquired First Private Holdings, Inc and its subsidiary bank, First Private Bank.
