· Lead and manage the Microsoft Cyber Security Strategic Partnership, ensuring core KPIs that include but are not limited to signing and revenue targets are achieved. · Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the CSS Microsoft security business and expand our Microsoft service offerings. · Collaborate with Microsoft and CSS offering teams and across IBMC to deliver security solutions that leverage Microsoft technologies. · Engage in the design of Microsoft security solutions, with a focus on market opportunity and go to market campaigns that ensure CSS return on investment. · Provide Microsoft security leadership and mentorship within CSS and across IBMC, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development. · Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in security technologies and the vast solution providers that Microsoft considers competitors. · Build and maintain strong relationships across Microsoft, within CSS and across IBMC to enhance service offerings, capabilities and field sales teaming. · Proactively drive and contribute to the development of Microsoft marketing and sales strategies to promote security services.
