    We are looking for an experienced Service Line Sales - IPA professional to drive growth for our Intelligence Process Automation (IPA) practice within the Retail and Consumer Goods vertical. This role will focus on consultative sales, leveraging automation and AI-driven solutions to help clients transform operations and enhance customer experience. Key Responsibilities * Sales Leadership: Own and grow IPA-related revenue within retail and consumer goods accounts in the Midwest region. * Consultative Selling: Position IPA solutions, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA), AI-driven automation, and emerging agentic technologies, to senior client stakeholders. * Account Development: Mine and farm existing accounts to identify new opportunities; collaborate with delivery and consulting teams for successful execution. * Industry Engagement: Build strong relationships with retail and consumer goods companies, understanding their automation and digital transformation priorities. * Solution Expertise: Present value propositions for IPA offerings, including platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, and Microsoft Power Automate, as well as AI/ML-based automation solutions. * Pipeline Management: Drive end-to-end sales cycles, ensuring alignment with revenue targets and client expectations. Required Skills & Experience * Domain Expertise: Proven experience in selling IPA solutions, including RPA and AI-driven automation, to retail and consumer goods clients. * Industry Knowledge: Understanding of retail and consumer goods business processes and digital transformation trends. * Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with automation platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) and AI technologies (AWS AI/ML, Azure AI). * Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and achieve revenue goals. * Communication: Excellent presentation and negotiation skills; ability to engage senior executives. Preferred Qualifications * Experience with consultative sales in automation and digital transformation. * Knowledge of emerging trends in AI, generative AI, and intelligent automation. * Ability to work in a hybrid model with occasional travel within the Midwest region and to client sites.
