About the Role
iCapital is looking for a candidate to join its growing Research and Education team. The role will focus on conducting due diligence on Private Capital funds and author thorough due diligence reports that are offered to our clients. This individual should have strong knowledge of industry trends in private equity, private credit, and/or real estate and real assets.
Responsibilities
Lead investment and operational due diligence on private capital managers identified for inclusion on iCapital's platform.
Prepare clear and comprehensive due diligence reports on managers, including qualitative and quantitative factors.
Help lead internal processes for conducting due diligence and overseeing the quality and consistency of due diligence reports. Play an active role in the management of the due diligence projects pipeline.
Keep abreast of investment opportunities and be able to successfully communicate information to the investment team.
Source new managers, perform initial screening, and identify managers for further consideration.
Maintain a pipeline of investment ideas that are in market or coming to market over a 12-month period and lead the effort in creating market maps for each major strategy.
Prepare marketing and education materials on various products and strategies for clients of the company.
Present investment merits of current products in the market as well as current trends in the private capital investing to clients.
Qualifications
10+ years of total experience in financial services; with 5-7 years of experience conducting due diligence on private capital managers, preferably for a top-tier investment consultant, large institutional LP (pension fund/endowment), or fund of funds
Prior experience focusing on fund manager evaluations
Demonstrated qualitative and quantitative analytical skills
Strong written communication skills and able to present in front of senior professionals in the industry
Able to work independently
Benefits
The base salary range for this role is $165,000 to $190,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus. Job Description
iCapital is looking for an Associate to join their Fund Administration and Operations team with a focus on PE fund administration. This position will report to the Senior Vice President, Fund Administration and work closely with various teams across iCapital on a variety of matters with responsibilities to include:
• Define, implement and maintain processes and procedures for servicing private equity feeder and multi-manager funds
• Work in close partnership with product and technology teams to enhance and automate key operational processes, and to develop and enhance product, management, and other reporting, targeting both efficiency and scale

Qualifications

Neuberger Berman is seeking a Manager, Long-Term Incentive (LTI) Compensation & Operations to join the Compensation team which is an integral part of the larger Human Capital Management (HCM) team. This team plays a critical role in the design, implementation, and administration of the firm's rewards strategy. We partner with our internal clients across products, businesses, and locations, in conjunction with all functional areas within Human Capital Management, to develop and deliver appropriate and competitive compensation and benefit solutions.
Responsibilities:
+ Manage the administration and reporting for the Blue Investments equity program including quarterly liquidity opportunities and annual charitable donation event.
+ Administer NBSH Class D-1 equity plan including oversight of the annual offering as well as the calculation and subsequent payment of income distributions.
+ Collaborate with Finance and external vendors to administer certain aspects of the carried-interest program.
+ Partner with internal and external tax partners to ensure accurate and timely delivery of quarterly tax distributions, TRA payments, liquidity calculations, and reporting related to NBSH Operating units, Blue Investments, and Class D-1 units.
+ Direct various Long-Term Incentive system enhancements related to Blue Investments, D-1, and Carried-Interest plans.
+ Facilitate the delivery of audit requirements, monthly financial reporting, and quarterly financial statement disclosures for various Long Term Incentive plans.
+ Review, calculate, and ensure proper accounting and delivery of equity and buyout award agreements for new hires.
+ Oversee creation of NBSH and Blue Investments member statements, Annual Leverage Statements, and Blue Investments annual income summaries.
+ Provide Ad Hoc reporting to all levels of HCM, Finance and Sr. Management.
Requirements:
+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Human Resource Management
+ 10+ years of experience with an expertise in Equity Award Accounting, reporting, and administration of complex equity plans.
+ Familiarity with carried interest plan administration, agreement review, valuation of equity interests, and implications of forfeiture upon grants.
+ Project management skills with a proven history of delivering system enhancements and creating efficiencies focused on Equity award reporting, administration, and controls.
+ Advanced Excel and technical/analytical skills
+ Exemplary communication skills - both written and verbal.
+ Ability to design operationally sound and clear processes.

Compensation Details
The salary range for this role is $150,000-$190,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. Requirements:
Undergraduate degree in finance, business, or related major preferred

Compensation Details
The salary range for this role is $65,000-$80,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. Primary Responsibilities:
The Research Associate will be a valuable partner to our Global Research team in idea generation, conducting due diligence on potential investments, and monitoring current positions across the Business & Information services sector. The Research Associate will have regular communication with management teams, industry experts, sell-side analysts and portfolio management teams; primary research via channel checks, field research, surveys, or other methods; and Data Science integration supported by those respective teams.

+ Review and approve employee requests (e.g. gifts/entertainment, political contributions, outside business activities and private investments) in the internal compliance system

+ Draft compliance communications for the firm
**Requirements:**
+ 1 - 5 years of investment advisory or broker-dealer compliance experience
