Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service for our guests. $6.00 / hour + tips and gratuity Key Responsibilities of the Snack Bar Attendant: * Ensures guests are attended to in a prompt, efficient and personalized manner. * Prepares and serves food and beverage items. * Maintains organized and clean work area. * Controls inventory through conscientious use and careful monitoring of all food beverage products. * Receives deliveries of product from vendors and ensures proper storage. * Reports to department manager when supplies need to be ordered. * Stocks and inventories products. * Responds to customer questions regarding the general information of facility. * Supplies support to food servers and beverage cart attendants to ensure excellent service to members and guests. * Maintains up-to-date knowledge of applicable state liquor laws and standard operating procedures provided by the management. * Communicates guest concerns or comments immediately to the Director, Food and Beverage and Chef. * Reviews schedule for changes, calendar of events and facility activities on a daily basis. * Processes snack bar purchases with EZLinks point of sales (POS) system * Accountable for cash and check transactions. * Incorporates safe work practices in job performance. * Performs other duties as required. Minimum Qualifications of the Snack Bar Attendant: * No Experience necessary but will train. * Must be able to meet age requirement for serving alcohol and has obtained Certified Food Handler's Card. Other Qualifications: * Regular and reliable attendance. * Experience using Point of Sales (POS) systems. * Tips and Gratuity plus hourly wag * Flexible Scheduling * Valid Drivers License * Must be 21 to serve alcohol

Job Description Join our team as a Snack Bar Attendant at Winton Woods The Mill Course! At Great Parks, our team members work together to preserve and protect natural resources and to provide outdoor recreation and education in order to enhance the quality of life for present and future generations. This part time position works various shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays. The successful Snack Bar Attendant will greet and serve guests at the snack bar and may drive the beverage and snack cart around the golf course. This position frequently includes cash handling and reservation responsibilities. Standard practice allows employee to proceed alone on regular duties with questionable situations referred to supervisor. Performs job duties in accordance with Great Parks' policies, procedures, and performance expectations. Maintains confidentiality of confidential and sensitive information. May drive beverage and snack cart around the golf course to sell items to guests. Works assigned schedule, exhibits regular and punctual attendance and works outside of normal schedule as required. If over 18: drives Great Parks' vehicle. Essential duties may require the employee to drive their personal vehicle within the park to transport supplies, materials or a cash box to the worksite. Must be at least 18 years old or 19 years old if serving alcohol. May be required to complete alcohol service training on an annual basis. Greets and serves guests to ensure satisfaction. Handles guest inquires. Prepares food products, and maintains clean and sanitary conditions. Transports change orders, merchandise, food, mail and supplies. Organizes, fills orders maintains inventory records. Opens facilities and prepares for daily business. Closes and secures facilities at end of business day. Takes inventory of merchandise and records results. Operates point-of-sale system, reservation system, cash box and cash register. Maintains cleanliness of guest and employee areas including restrooms. May include other housekeeping duties. Qualifications Great customer service experience preferred Written and verbal communication, basic math skills and basic computer skills. May be required to complete safe food service training on an annual basis. Must be 18 years of age. LICENSE OF CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS State Motor Vehicle Operator's License that meets GPHC current carrier guidelines.
