What Does An Ice Rink Attendant Do At Marriott International

* Complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, locking doors, etc.
* Set up and maintain cleanliness and condition of counter, tables, and other tools.
* Set up, stock, and maintain work areas.
* Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies.
* Transport supplies to beverage set-up area.
* Wash soiled glassware.
* Remove soiled wares from counter and tables and place in designated area.
* Input orders into cash register system and collect payment from customer.
* Take orders, record in MICROS system, issue, open, and dispense wine/beer bottles, and prepare food and coffee beverages.
* Present the order to the guest in a timely manner and within standards.
* Ensure that appliances (e.g., coffee makers) are turned on/off at the appropriate times.
