We are seeking a Senior Director of Professional Services to lead Federal and/or Aerospace & Defense (A&D) customer engagements. This role will focus on driving successful, complex SaaS implementations in one of the most strategic and highly regulated industries. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of federal contracting, procurement, regulatory environments (ITAR, DFARS, NIST), and program execution. Deep understanding of the unique challenges in defense procurement, program management, and federal compliance frameworks.

Exceptional executive communication, stakeholder management, change management, and issue resolution skills.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Salary Range:
Min $170,000 - Max $250,000 USD per year
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities. In addition to base salary and an annual target incentive bonus, an equity component is included.
