Using his expertise in analyzing business needs and organizing cross-functional resource teams to deliver optimal outcomes, Genser has led multi-year growth initiatives for Iconex, overseeing three acquisitions and subsequent integrations to add manufacturing capacity, while also managing debt leverage through two debt financings. Since joining the company in 2017, his efforts have created exceptional gains in record time.

Over more than 25 years of business leadership and financial stewardship, Genser has served in varied C-suite management roles, including chief executive officer, chief financial officer, chief operating officer and chief restructuring officer. He advised and formed operational strategies for clients of top tier accounting firm Arthur Andersen and professional services and management firm Alvarez and Marsal. Before joining Iconex, he served as a partner for Comvest Partners (through their subsidiary Operating Advisory Group), where he provided expert consultation to their middle market portfolio of companies, from due diligence through exit.

With his ability to build collaborative teams and establish work processes that emphasize integrity and collegiality, Genser effectively improves operational and financial performance while maximizing stakeholder value and keeping coworkers highly engaged in achieving success.
