The anticipated salary range for this position is $115,800-173,900 per year. This range represents what The Boldt Company reasonably expects to pay for this position. Essential Duties and Responsibilities to which competency will be measured include the following.
* As a Coresetter, the Floater Trainee will be responsible for learning proper placement of various size cores into the proper molds as they pass on the conveyor. Have the ability to mount patterns. Learn the paperwork and data entry associated with the position.
* As a Molder, the Floater Trainee will be expected to learn all the responsibilities expected from that position, including but not limited to: locating correct patterns, prep patterns for molding line, perform quality checks, set cores, prepare mold surfaces for pouring, shakeout and accurately filling out the department's paperwork.
* As a Grinder, the Floater Trainee is responsible for learning grinding of rough castings, operating trim presses, and sorting the various castings into the proper bins.
* As a Coremaker, the Floater Trainee will be responsible for learning the cleaning, inspecting, counting and boxing the various cores as instructed by supervisor.
* In the Melt department, the Floater Trainee will be responsible to learn how to physically load the induction furnaces, fill out dept. paperwork, maintain charts as to metal types and number of heats per shift. Also, transfer metal to auto-pour, operate furnaces, and pour molds.
* Will need to start the training progression for obtaining a forklift license.
* The Floater Trainee will follow all quality and safety standards.

Works closely with internal business units to understand and maintain focus on their analytics needs, including critical metrics and KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to relevant decision-makers.
Develops the data standards and deploys automation tools to obtain and process data from different sources.
Creates and delivers reports for internal stakeholders and routinely updates them to ensure quality and accuracy of information.
Proactively analyze data to answer key questions for stakeholders with an eye on what drives business performance and investigate and communicate which areas need improvement in efficiency and productivity.
Discover and communicate meaningful insights in the data and communicate with the line of business users.
Develops and present business intelligence insights using variety of reporting tools including PopDock, Cosmos, Power BI and Salesforce, etc.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business or related field preferred. In lieu of degree, equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.
3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
3+ years of experience mining data as a data analyst or in a similar role.
Experience with a variety of reporting tools.
Experience with reporting and data visualization.
Strong understanding of ERP workflows in manufacturing, finance, and supply chain.
Experience with Power Platform (Power BI) and SQL preferred.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and vice versa.
Ability to gather, analyze and accurately interpret detailed information.
Proficient in MS Office Products, proficient skill level in Excel desired.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Located at our jobsite in Mt Pleasant, WI., the Assistant Project Manager (APM) will work closely with the Project Manager to support the profitability and quality execution of our commercial projects. Responsibilities:
Assist PM and Field Supervision to ensure installation occurs correctly. Take initiative to minimize systems re-work.
Utilize training and knowledge garnered to date to further develop understanding of Mechanical Systems and utilize your still developing skill set to apply this knowledge of the system installed to assist Field Supervision and troubleshoot installations as necessary.
Work closely with engineering group for development of Design-Build projects and manage documentation to prevent errors associated with this type of work.

Maintain log of RFI's, Submittals, Drawings, and Issues both for Field use (iPad
Management) and for Office use.

Qualifications:

We are currently seeking an Onsite Draftsman to join our team on a mission critical data center project. This position will be based out of the project site trailer and will work directly with project managers, field staff, and trade partners to support accurate coordination and documentation throughout the construction process.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain onsite coordination drawings for mechanical and plumbing systems.
Prepare and update as-built drawings in real-time as field conditions change.
Support project managers and field teams by producing shop drawings, redlines, and detail sketches for installation.
Work closely with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure drawings align with project requirements and field installation.
Attend and contribute to onsite coordination and progress meetings.
Collaborate with the BIM/VDC team to ensure consistency between field drawings and master models.
Manage and distribute updated digital documents to the onsite project team.
Provide drafting support for submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
Ensure all drawings meet project standards and mission critical quality requirements.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED required; technical training or drafting degree preferred.
3-5 years of drafting experience in construction, mechanical, or MEP systems (mission critical/data center experience strongly preferred).
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit required; experience with Navisworks and Bluebeam is a plus.
Ability to work onsite in a fast-paced trailer/project environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to coordinate with both field and office staff.
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently to support multiple managers.
