Description:
The Skybox Geospatial Account Specialist will engage our internal and external clients directly. This role collaborates on deliverables with sales, marketing, product, and engineering to develop and execute our customer engagement including walking clients through the use of our products, detailed attributes and product applications
Responsibilities:
- Responsive to client needs through timely product capture, deliveries and reporting
- Understanding of GIS and comfort with how to translate Geo-locations into imaging products
- Detail oriented and able to balance multiple priorities
- Accountable for customer success outcomes such as NPS and retention
