This individual will be responsible for coaching project teams on the Solutions Design methodology, leading other Solutions Design Coaches as well as leading cultural change within an IT organization as it relates to Solutions Design. Departmental Duties and Responsibilities: - Subject matter expert in client EIT's Solutions Design methodology and coach project teams accordingly - Subject matter depth and breadth in knowledge of Application Design and Architecture - Knowledge of, and document, Enterprise wide Design standards, patterns and policies - Create end-to-end application design documentation - Assist in establishing and improving internal Solutions Design documentation, governance, methodologies, processes and controls. - Assist with ongoing development of Designer Guidebook and integration with existing standards within IT (e.g. InfoSec Standards) - Other duties may be assigned.
